CoAEMSP has implemented a new Continuing-Accreditation Self Study Report (CSSR) -
effective immediately. Programs beginning their self study report are to use the new
format. Programs that have begun their self study report may consider switching to the
new format for convenience.

NOTE: Downlaod and save the CSSR file to your computer, close, the web site, then
open the saved CSSR file from your computer. Do NOT work on the web version directly
(it will not save your work).
