Self Study Reports

For Becoming Accredited

Programs seeking Initial Accreditation conduct a self evaluation and report those results by
completing either the Letter of Review Self Study Report (LSSR) or the Initial-Accreditation Self Study
Report (ISSR).

Programs choose Track 1 (ISSR) or Track 2 (LSSR) depending on the data available to complete the
various ISSR appendices. Read the complete information about Letter of Review on that webpage.

An important step in this process is the early formation of an Advisory Committee to guide the
program in its development.

For Reaccreditation

Accredited programs will be notified by the CoAEMSP Executive Office approximately 6 months prior to the due date of the self study report.

Programs conduct a self-evaluation and report those results by completing the Continuing- Accreditation Self Study Report (CSSR).

New Programs Must Complete a Request for Self Study Fees Invoice
All new programs must complete and submit this Request Form before payments can be accepted.
