ACCREDITATION PROCESS

 

 

Plaque: 1. Program completes Self-Study and submits it to the Executive Office with appropriate fees. 2.
 

 

 

 

 

 

Plaque: 3. The Program is assigned a Program Number if one has not already been issued and a site visit is scheduled.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Plaque: 4. After the site visit is complete, the site visitors will send the report to the Executive Office. It is evaluated and sent to the Program requesting a response.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Plaque: 6. The recommendation is then forwarded to the next scheduled CAAHEP meeting.
